8,000 credits is one month of the Essential plan, and what it buys depends on which models you use: more images on a budget model, fewer on a premium one. There is no fixed count, because every model has its own price per image. This post shows how to work out the number for any model in a few seconds, what a Full shoot costs, and where the site already does the maths for you.
The plans
All three plans and the free tier, read straight from the pricing code:
| Plan | Monthly price | Credits each month |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | $9 | 8,000 |
| Premium | $19 | 19,000 |
| Premium+ | $35 | 40,000 |
| Free | $0 | 50 once, on signup |
Premium billed monthly is $15.20 for the first month, then $19 a month, for accounts that have never had a subscription. The discount is applied at checkout.
Credits do not expire while you are subscribed, and one balance pays for every model and tool.
How to work out what a plan buys
Every model on Photoshoot.si is priced per image. To get a count, divide the plan's credits by the model's price for one image. If a model returns several images in one run, the price is multiplied by the number you ask for. The model cards below show each price from the registry, so the arithmetic always uses the current number.
The site does this for you
Each plan card on the pricing page shows how many images the plan buys, computed from the live prices. When a price changes, the count changes with it.
Photoshoot and headshot images
Tools that start from your selfies, like the AI Photoshoot and the AI Headshot Generator, use image models that accept reference photos. Nano Banana is the default on most of them because it keeps faces consistent. At the time of writing it costs 60 credits per image, so 8,000 credits make 133 photoshoot or headshot images on it.
Seedream 5.0 Lite is the default on the AI Photoshoot Generator. At 50 credits per image at the time of writing, the same 8,000 credits make 160 images, and it can return up to four images in one run.
Premium models such as Nano Banana Pro cost more per image (195 credits at the time of writing, so 41 images on the Essential plan). Use them for the final version of a look you have already tested on a cheaper model.
Full shoots
On tools with a set of looks, Full shoot generates one image per look in one click, with the same photos and the same model. Its price is simple: the number of looks times the price of one image. A six-look Full shoot on Nano Banana is 6 x 60 = 360 credits at the time of writing, so the Essential plan covers 22 such shoots with 80 credits to spare. The total shows before you press the button, and if one look fails, only that look is refunded back to your balance.
Drafts from a text prompt
The cheapest images come from text to image on a budget model in the studio's Create image mode. Recraft V4.1 Flash is made for drafts and trying many ideas, such as backdrops or moodboards for a shoot. It does not take reference photos, so it cannot put your face or your product in a scene.
Small jobs
Some jobs cost very little and barely move a monthly balance. Background removal is one of them: a transparent PNG from any photo for 5 credits at the time of writing, so you can batch a whole product catalog through it.
Upscaling costs more because it adds real detail rather than just enlarging pixels. It takes images up to 1024 x 1024 pixels and doubles them.
Spending a plan well
- Draft cheap, finish premium. Test a look on a lower-priced model, then render the keeper on the model you like best.
- Generate one image first. Check the likeness on a single image before you run a Full shoot on every look.
- Pick your looks. A Full shoot costs one image per look, so run it on the tool whose looks you actually want.
- Check the button. The Generate button always shows the exact credits for your current model and settings before anything is spent.
Failed jobs are refunded automatically, so a model error or a timeout never eats into the count. Provider safety refusals are refunded too, up to a daily limit.
Before you pay
New accounts get 50 free credits once. Compare that with the prices on the cards above to see which models you can try before choosing a plan. The full breakdown of how prices are set is in how credit prices work.
